There is one Grand Prize a free 7-day Hawaii cruise including cruise fare, port charges, and government fees and taxes, for two people sharing one oceanview stateroom on the Pride Of America sailing for 7 nights from Honolulu, Hawaii.

This award does not include items of a personal nature such as shore excursions, beverages, gratuities, photographs, medical services, spa services, etc.

In order to be eligible, the winner must purchase one custom love song from CustomLoveSongs.us; be at least 21 years of age as of January 15, 2008; a resident of the United States (except Puerto Rico); comply with all of NCL (Norwegian Cruise Line) terms and conditions of passage including but not limited to possession of required travel documentation such as proof of identify and proof of citizenship.

The random prize drawing from among the eligible entries is planned for the morning of Sunday, January 1, 2009, at the offices of Ace Media in Honolulu, HI

In order to be awarded the prize, you must respond to contact at the email address or telephone number you have provided us at registration within three days after we attempt contact. If we do not receive a reply from you for any reason within that timeframe, then you will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected and notified.

Transportation between the winner's place of residence to and from the cruise ship will be winner's sole responsibility.

CustomLoveSongs.us strongly suggests that the winner purchase optional, extra-cost travel insurance from a reputable vendor such as TravelGuard International (http//www.travelguard.com) to protect against certain, covered eventualities.

Winner will be solely responsible for any fees or taxes not specifically mentioned elsewhere herein.

The odds of winning will depend on the number of orders received.

Employees, vendors, contractors and affiliates of Ace Media (www.CustomLoveSongs.us) or of any cruise line or travel agency, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to win.

This promotion is void where prohibited.

The winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, approve the use of their name and hometown for publicity purposes, and sign a liability release, in order to claim the prize.

By accepting the prize, the winner releases the promoter, its fulfillment agents and their respective officers, employees and agents from all liability associated with the contest and the prize

CustomLoveSongs.us reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes in the event that the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes

In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the holder of the e-mail account associated with the entry.
